FREE Initial Installation Service
If you are experiencing any problems installing your copy of iDC File Manager, why not request that our expert technicians
remotely access your server to setup and install iDC File Manager on your behalf.
The service is FREE and usually performed the *same day, often within one or two hours of submitting the request.
*Please note: Same day initial installations are time zone dependent.
When the setup is complete, the installation will then be tested to ensure that it is all running smoothly and then you will be
notified via email of the File Manager login details and any other comments noted by the technician.

Reinstallation Service
All customers who purchase iDC File Manager are entitled to ONE free initial installation, where we remotely access your server
and setup your copy of iDC File Manager.
If you have previously requested a free installation and now need to reinstall iDC File Manager, because you are moving servers or have unfortunately lost the initial installation due to a server crash or similar, you can still request that we install the File Manager on your behalf but their is a reinstallation fee of:
$40.00 USD (25.00 GBP / €29.00 EUR)
