Email any question and you will have an answer within what seems like minutes. There is no question that Mark has not been able to answer in a timely manner.

First, a very big thank you to Mark.
I stumbled across iDC File Manager by Google searching for a solution to our problem. We needed to find a way to provide salesman and customers a way to transfer files during the sales process.
We had tried using FTP however with most end users this can be more complicated than it's worth.
After finding iDC File Manager and chatting with live support we opted to give it a try.
The sales process and support were exceptional. We had some unique configuration challenges to deal with regarding server os which was our own side based on some internal limitations.
All challenges were met head on and to my surprise were handled very quickly and with no issue. We are up and running.

I had a simple request and I spent 2 days playing with sharepoint and other multi-thousand dollar programs on the internet. After finding Filemanager I was excited and it answered everything they asked me to make a product do. I was worried since it was a perl program I would have no clue how to make it work. The price of the product is so inexpensive I could not belive it. I was expecting some large contract or something. I bought the product and got the download link. Downloaded the product and I made a mess of everything. (Im not a web tech) Im a network eng. I sent a call for help to Idot and Mark replied in 5 min. He sent me a list of what to pre-do and I did it. He then hit my server and went to set it up. He asked me to make a change on my side that I had to do and I mangeled all his work he did. Instead of yelling at me he cleaned everything up and got ot all running. Mark went way out of his way to get me online. I could not have done it without him. You will not find a product and support like Idot and Mark. I think Mark needs a paypal tip jar on his site. I will click on it. You will not go wrong with I-Dot and Mark on your side.
