You can either upload files directly into the File Manager using the upload function or if you have direct server access simply navigate into the main "Clients" folder and then into the subsequent sub folder to upload / copy across the required file.

All changes / updates to file and folder listings made either server side or using the File Manager itself will immediately be displayed in the File Manager interface.

You and your clients should then be able to login and download all files placed in the relevant subfolders.
