If you have direct server access either locally of via FTP, you can simply navigate into the main "Clients" folder and then upload / copy across your existing files and folders maintaining the folder structure.

All changes / updates to file and folder listings made either server side or using the File Manager itself will immediately be displayed in the File Manager interface.

You and your clients should then be able to login and download all files placed in the relevant subfolders.
