The ability to upload a file(s) into a users personal folder without requiring admin access. I'm using File Manager for a more reliable and secure file exchange method with outside parties, but this requires that I have shared folders with a number of members, there by allowing everyone to see what is in a folder and everyone gets notified about the upload when the transaction is really only menat to be between just 2 people.
