View Full Version : After changing admin password, cannot get into control panel

Hello
We just installed Filemanager Pro v1.50. I logged in, saw the control panel, and changed the password for the admin account.

It then kicked me back to the main login screen, but now when I log in it just keeps going back to that screen instead of sending me to the control panel. The URL changes to http://www.arrowpointhosting.com/cgi-bin/FileManager/ClientManager.pl?type=2 but it just gives me the login screen again.

The iDC File Manager Login works fine, but not the Admin: Client Manager Login

Any suggestions?

Hi Dan,

Looking at your order history you purchased the File Manager license using Share-it.

Unfortunately, their was a small issue in the original "Share-it" packaged zip file containing iDC File Manager - Pro Version and I suspect it may have been this zip file you have downloaded and installed.

If you refer back to you Share-it order details email, their will be a section which provides a username and password and an access url to download your copy of iDC File Manager instead of using the Share-it download link.

If you download this zip file and install it on your server it will resolve the access login issues.

Unfortunately although we have resolved the initial fault it takes a period of time for Share-it to update the distribution files.
