Hello,

I am getting this error message randomly. It does work most of the time. Wonder if it is a script setting or server issue. Thanks for any reply!

Hi Francois,

This message is returned when your server does not have a specific Perl module, in this case: Archive::Tar installed in your servers installation of Perl.
